Tier One consists of 12 hours of instruction on 3 different days, covering the following topics.
- Fundamentals of working with investors
- Deciding whether to buy and hold or flip properties
- Running the numbers: Analyzing Investment Properties
In addition, I will walk you through creating a business plan, help you establish your goals for the coming year, and show you how to utilize the forms provided in the course. The courses included are also worth 9 hours of continuing education credit with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
Tier two will give you an opportunity to apply the knowledge you acquired in Tier One. With my guidance, you will do all of the following activities.
- Find and research 7-10 properties with investment potential to determine whether they are good candidates to buy and flip or buy and hold.
-Identify the top 2-3 properties that meet your objectives to buy and hold or buy and flip.
- Write an offer on the leading candidate, and if your offer is accepted, complete the buying process from start to finish, including inspections.
Tier Three includes unlimited calls and assistance from me for 90 days after the purchase of your first investment property.
